## **Objectives of the Tool** 

The tool aims to extract data AIO Ranking Monitor data based on the keywords from AIO enabled project on the frequency ,stores the results in database and display AIO Calculation data in Dashboard using ETL in Airflow.

## **Using FlightDeck for Google AI Overview.**

Steps to follow:

| 1.  Navigate to URL: https://flightdeck.resolutiondigital.com.au/aio/dashboard<br>2.  Click on Settings <br>3.  **Enable/Disable Tool**: This is the check box and used to enabled or disabled AIO modules for the client.<br>4.  **Frequency**: This is the field to select Weekly or Monthly frequency.<br>5.    **Keywords**: Multiple keywords can be enter by user. Use text area to input the keywords.<br>6.   **Save**: Use the button to Save details <br>7.  **Keyword Manager:** The keywords inserted from the AIO Setting tool will be added to Keyword Library and Client Keyword table with predefined Basket name “AIO” .These new keywords will be added to a new table for AIO tracking | ![](https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/0695bcf2-8cab-4fd2-9ec2-e5ebf196932c) |

### 2\. Background process will handle queuing of  the client with weekly/monthly frequency, extraction AIO weekly/monthly data  and calculated weekly/monthly AIO data is displayed in Dashboard with following Sections,

## Filters

-   By Basket– Single select → Select the basket
-   By URL – Single select → Client or Competitor URLs
-   By Search Engine– Single select → Country wise Search Engine
-   By Device Type - Desktop or Mobile
-   By Date Range  - User can select date from and date to

**Keywords Monitored**

The number of keywords tracked for AIO within the AIO basket

**AIO Opportunity**

This represents the number of keywords within the monitored basket for which an AI Overview is displayed, but your selected URL is not currently being cited or ranked within that AI Overview.

**AIO Ownership**

This indicates the number of keywords within the monitored AIO basket for which an AI Overview is displayed, and your selected URL is successfully ranking and being cited (or linked) within that AI Overview.

    -   Response Type - Keywords with selected response type  
-   **Export**:
    -    export filtered data to CSV.
